The property was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful, great location. My only concern was the shower area. The amount of water that got on the floor outside of the shower area and there is no area for your toiletries in the shower.

Incredibly welcoming staff always acknowledged me even when quickly passing through the lobby. Modern building, nicely maintained. The single room was roomy with high ceilings, large bathroom with shower that feels almost too open. My room faced Canal and could easily hear the street noise. The room included a white noise machine which is nice. About 20 minute walk to WWII museum, bus/streetcar on St.Charles gets you to the Garden District. The French Quarter is across the street. Maybe a 20-30 minute walk across to Esplanade.
I had a great stay here. Would recommend. Would stay again.
