    This was my first and last stay at B2 Phitsanulok. A complete disaster. I made a booking for the wrong date by mistake and immediately rebooked for the correct date. When I asked about a refund for the wrong booking, the staff assured I would get one from the head office. Later they said no refund, no apologies. Customer service here needs serious work. No one spoke English and no one was willing to help. At least one person on staff should be able to communicate with international guests and understand basic hospitality. I will never, ever want to come back again. The rooms were decent but not taken care of like other B2 properties I’ve seen. Not very clean either. The only good thing about this stay: There was a beautiful cat, maybe rescued, that the hotel looks after. As an animal lover and someone who values sustainability, that’s the only part I appreciated. So yes, they are caring for one community cat, and for that I’ll give them credit. If you’re looking for reliable service or clean, well-managed rooms, skip this one.
