    Great hotel with reasonable prices and facilities. During Golden Week was a bit too hectic and the way they managed traffic especially for breakfast or dinners was chaotic but once that was done it was great. Facilities slightly old but nothing too bad. Onsen was amazing and big. Would recommend if you want to explore this beautiful area

    Love the view from the open air onsen, overseeing the trees and wood. The hotel is facing the lake, so another lovely view.

    1. For such big hotel you need to have more English speaking or at least can use Google translate at the reception 2. 1st night dinner they literally put us at an extension without window that look like a bunker instead Shout for the only jap lady from reception that helped us changed the next day after I complained 3. They charged onsen tax per person rather than per room like others! 4. Do not choose buffet there if you can. Breakfats and dinner both bad Since we have been travelling for the past 1 week at tohuku area, we know what can other resorts do
