Good:
Staff, Room size, breakfast selection were great.
Not Good:
Parking on the street not good. Common areas were hot, AC in the room took sometime to cool down the space. Small elevator not good.

Clean rooms .Nice touch with kettle .Just a little out of the way to get to.
More of a case that metro card system is terrible and no service ,so to and from with buses.

The staff were very professional and helpful. Offered free upgrade.
Only gripe wi fi was patchy.
Shower fittings was leaking and couldn’t have a bath as water was not hot enough.
Simply rectified
