    Perhaps because the price was so low, I didn't really have any expectations—but even so, the room was infested with cockroaches and smelled musty. On my first day of stay, the electricity was out, which also rendered the elevator inoperable , forcing me to walk all the way up to my room—which was on the 5th floor. I definitely do not recommend this hotel; the many negative reviews you see online are spot-on

    I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The bathroom drainage was very poor. Whenever we took a shower, water overflowed and flooded the bathroom floor. The bathroom ceiling was also damaged, and part of it had fallen off. The TV in the room was not working, even after I complained multiple times. The hotel had promised a buffet breakfast, but instead we were given breakfast packed in a plastic bag, which was very disappointing. Overall, the hotel does not provide the facilities it advertises and is not suitable for families. I would not recommend staying here Even I complaint with Agoda but it had chatbot so I felt myself cheated
