While the pool area and the overall facilities and surrounding were satisfactory, we encountered significant issues with the dining service and housekeeping during our three-day stay. Specifically, the wait times for ordered food were excessively long, often exceeding an hour, unless we opted for the buffet option. Furthermore, the room and bed preparation was only done at check-in, and we had to make repeated calls for basic services such as fresh towels, trash removal, and other essential amenities. Unfortunately, most of our attempts to reach room service via phone resulted in going directly to voicemail, which added to the overall inconvenience of our stay.

Great location, excellent amenities and whilst the dining options are limited its location means it is only about 15-20 minutes drive from ple ty of other bars and restaurants.
