    Although aging was visible, the hotel was well maintained and had everything we needed. The lobby was elegant with piano performance at the time of check-in. The room was spacious. The location is close to Chikusa station, but the exit does not have elevator. It's ideal for getting to Higashiyama Zoo by subway and Tokugawa Garden by bus. It was the best cheaper option for hotels around Nagoya station

    最寄り駅からすぐそばの立地、その駅自体も名古屋駅、栄、今池駅、名古屋港駅などへのアクセスもわかりやすいので１泊以上の連続した観光ならこちらを拠点にすると色々な所にいけると思います。　名古屋名物系の食事は周辺にはありませんが、素泊まりの方は夕飯は「鳥貴族」などのチェーン店や居酒屋、朝食はコメダコーヒーの和風カフェ「おかげ庵」がすぐそばにあります。部屋で飲むならロピア（格安スーパー）・セブンイレブンまであるので、そこで惣菜やお酒などを買い込むこともできます。

    I appreciate the convenient location and the helpful service provided, especially from the lady at the car park who assist me and clarify things. However, I would like to kindly share some feedback. I felt that the overall value of the stay was a bit high compared to the quality provided. Also, the additional charge for parking came as a surprise, as it wasn't clearly mentioned beforehand—I had assumed it was included in the room rate. I hope this feedback can help improve communication for future guests. Thank you again for your hospitality.
