Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Dubai was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome, and everyone we met went out of their way to make our holiday special.
The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, peaceful, and with breathtaking views that make you feel like you’re in your own little paradise.
The poolside service was amazing — a big thank you to Yousuf, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made every day by the pool a pleasure. He always seemed to know exactly what we needed and made us feel completely looked after. Ivy was just as fantastic, always smiling and making sure everything was perfect. Together, they turned a beautiful setting into an experience we’ll never forget.
We’re also very grateful to Katie for all her help and the thoughtful gifts during our stay — such a lovely touch.
And of course, a big thank you to the entire team at Mandarin Oriental Dubai. You all made this a holiday to remember, and we can’t wait to come back.
