    got a room on the ground floor which made everything easier. place has parking and it's easily accessible. lots of places around for food and shopping

    The front desk staff were rude and dismissive upon check in. The room key given was for a room that was still being worked on by a housekeeper. Then when we looked into the room the housekeeper was sitting with her feet up on a chair and was on her phone, not doing any cleaning. The room was reserved for a 2 queen beds. The hotel insisted that I booked a 1 queen bed room despite the confirmation email that I received showed 2 queen beds. I had to pay extra to get the 2 beds. No effort to welcome us and work with us at all. Short respond and very rude.
