    We really liked Hyatt place as its location, staff, housekeeping, facilities were all great. Jay and Melanie at front desk were really supportive and courteous and overall staff was great. They have premium filter coffee all day long in the lobby and it was really great. Even though they don’t have concierge desk separately but Jay was kind enough to help my family with luggage as we were carrying a lot of them. Overall a great stay at great place.

    Love that our kababayans made us feel welcome in our long stay at this hotel. Very convenient and clean. Breakfast can be improved but still not complaining for the steal price.

    we loved our stay at Glendale and its surrounding areas. The hotel was very conveniently located and walking distance to Americana and Glendale Galleria. There are so many dining choices to choose from and at night, the place is very safe to walk around. Would only feedback to put more safety handles in the toilet to prevent any falls. Overall, the hotel ticks most of the boxes.
