Yes the room was clean and tidy but the room was missing things like rags and lotion

Everything that we saw and received was excellent. The only issue we had was the room from the other side of ours that was yelling, and banging the door that made us filled not secured plus the parking was small that made it hard to pack for a 6 floors hotel.
