The owners clearly went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to make our stay pleasurable. I also enjoyed the way they communicated by email with us in a clear and timely manner, and during our stay via tagged cupboards and drawers in the kitchen.
My only gripe is the existence of an air vent pipe that crossed our room and was very hot during part of our stay -- thereby heating up the room in ways that were unexpected and unpredictable. Better heat insulation of that pipe would improve the situation

Todo muy cómodo, muy limpio, buena calidad de los productos para el desayuno, ofrecen snacks y están en todos los detalles.
La verdad es que me gustó todo.

Fran ist so unglaublich gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit, unterstützend. Sowas haben wir selten erlebt. Wenn wir wieder in New York sein werden, dann im Imperial Stay!
Natürlich gibt es persönliche Noten. Das sind aber wirklich eigene Marotten. Daher hat uns sachlich alles sehr gefallen!
