We were only there overnight and didn't get to enjoy the area which we hope to do another time. The only suggestion would be to have conditioner in the shower, along with shampoo and shower gel. The one tiny bottle of conditioner was too small for 1 person, let alone 2 people. I have thick short hair and the bottle wasn't enough for my hair and I had to share it with my daughter.

This stat was phenomenal from getting to check in early and having origami towels waiting on the bed to everything we needed within walking distance it was a perfect weekend. We walked across the street to great dinners and desserts and down the street for breakfast. Everything was beautiful. The room was huge the bed comfortable. The beach close enough to walk but we drove to the state beach parking lot about a quarter mile away and enjoyed ourselves.

The property was OK. The location was close to the beach the towel animals were cute. Our only complaint would be the receptionist at the desk. She wasn’t welcoming or pleasant and didn’t like being asked questions it seemed. Not a warm welcome. Of all the hotels on our long trip she was the least friendly and kind of snippy.

Cayucos Beach Inn was perfect for our stay. The room was large, and we appreciated the double sinks for the restroom. Fridge, microwave and kitchen sink were a plus, but the best part were the beds. SO COMFORTABLE! .5 mile walk to downtown Cayucos, so close enough to get some steps in before and after meals. Looks like they had coffee, fruit and muffins available in the morning, but we didn't partake. Great property--we'll definitely be back!
