Everything was great. The property lacks any charm and is a bit institutional feeling but the surrounds, snow and skiing was great.

Its quite disappointing that no bath towels are provided even when requested. Was expecting a certain amenities standards under IHG Hotels. Overall its was a lovely stay and would come back again.
