Great place to stay and explore Tulcea. Nice boardwalk and close to most of the sights I want to see. Friendly staff.

Check in staff was welcoming. Room smelled of cigar smoke. Ealls are thin, listened to a couple fight until midnight in next room. No coffe cups in room. Outdated hotel and water stained walls.
Breakfast was 6/10, thete was no yogurt

We were 2 adults and a 15 yrs old teenager.
We got a room with 3 single beds.
We expected 1 double & 1 single.
Room was cramped and outdated.
Bathroom was adequate but also outdated.
However rest of the hotel pool, breakfast , restaurant, bar were great.
The Delta 3 (3 stars) stands beside the brand new Delta 4 (4 stars) building. The Delta 3 shares amenities with the Delta 4.
