    We wanted a hotel near the airport cause we arrived after midnight. The total shock was when the room assigned to us was not cleaned from the previous guests!! First time I ever experienced such thing. But at least the front desk staff that night was kind and she of course moved us to a clean room. Next morning a new staff was by the front desk and I ordered a taxi with him and his overall behavior was totally rude and giving false information.

    This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The room was extremely basic, with hardly any amenities or supplies provided. On top of that, the shower had very weak water pressure, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The air conditioning was also ineffective and could not cool the room properly. The biggest disappointment was the airport shuttle service. The hotel advertises a shuttle, but what is not made clear is that the €5 fare is available only during a very limited time window. Outside those hours, the price jumps to an outrageous €25 per trip. My daughter and I had different departure times, so we had no choice but to use the shuttle separately. We ended up paying a total of €60 just for transportation between the hotel and the airport. That completely wiped out any savings from choosing this hotel. Before booking, compare the total cost, not just the room rate. Many nearby hotels offer free airport shuttle service, making them a much better value overall. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

    Poor cleaning Room conditions quite bad, AC not working and the ventilation mode quite noisy. People talking loud (after 2am) in the parking area, which was totally uncomfortable from out Room 1st floor Terrible experience that made us to move to Novotel(much better)
