    One star just because I can't put 0 stars. I was assigned a room on the ground floor, where the room door is right in the lobby and anybody who passes on the street can look inside the room. At 10pm they decided it's a great time to have a big commercial delivery (which was passing right in front of my door, obviously) the noise and dropping of things was so loud that the items on the table were shaking. When I went to the reception to ask why is this happening at 10pm, he just ignored me. Literally, ignored me like I was not there and kept smiling satisfied. I was in shock at how rude, disrespectful and dismissive a person can be. Middle aged man. Moreover, I can tell you exactly how many people went up and down the stairs, at what time, and what they talked about, as I could here everything from my room. I booked 2 nights, looking for ways to cancel the 2nd night and leave. And the towels smell like they have been used. Location is good.
