Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored. Common area balcony overlooked the harbor and was a great place to relax during the evenings. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

This hotel is located in the Venetian Harbor, right in the middle of the old town.
The building is an historical building with views over the water from many rooms.
A wonderful feature of the hotel are the two terraces on the roof, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the harbor and the shops!
I found the staff attentive and helpful. If you have any requests, just let them know- they'll help out any way they can.
Rooms seem well renovated. The ceiling height in my room was impressive, as were the windows in all directions. The decor is light and minimalist. As a Scandinavian I felt right at home.
Everything is clean and well maintained. Beds are soft but firm. Pillows might be on the firm side for some. Bathrooms are clean, well-maintained and spacious.
On the ground floor of the hotel is a restaurant where breakfast is served.
Breakfast is an excellent Mediterranean-style buffet, which varies somewhat from day to day. In the evenings, the restaurant is alive with guests. Try the food, its good!
Any negatives? Well, only slight ones.
- The fridge in the room was a bit small. Only one or two 1,5 liter water bottles will fit.
- There are only stairs inside the property, and they are a bit steep if your balance is poor or for small children.
- The chimney from the restaurant comes out on the smaller roof terrace. This means that you might smell the (delicious) cooking going on. This is in no way intrusive, but it might make you very hungry.
