It was accessible to Hospitals, Church and a shopping area near the beach with many restaurants close by. The staff was polite and kind.

I was urgently looking for a hotel after an unpleasant experience with another hotel.
And Roi turned out to be an amazing experience.
It is located in a quite area - no noisy restaurants, no mosques, no transport. You can sleep with open windows without any problem. Also there is a train station nearby, and many bus and tram stops, so you can travel to any location. The esplanade is not verycfar from the hotel, ~15 minutes walking. So you can go and enjoy the promenade.
The staff is open and helpful. Huge thanks to Mr. Süleyman and Mr. Zafer for making the stay so comfortable and being ready to help all the time. If something was not working or missing, it was fixed immediately.
The were no breakfasts, but I didn't need the. And besides in that area there are many local canteens serving breakfasts. Also the room had a fridge, so you could buy something to your taste.
And the price was very affordable.
I will definitely stay in this hotel when I am back to Izmir.
