It’s close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bus/tram station. The reception staff and the kitchen were adorable and always available to answer our questions and provide tips, they also provide a bottle of water per person, per day. The breakfast is a late one, until 10:30am. The minibar in the room is an essential especially during hot weather. The AC also was on amazing especially on the hotter days.

We had a day without water or electricity (might be due to the construction on the street, the hotel didn’t give us any explanation). The housekeeping could be way better, it felt like they juste changed the sheets, emptied the trash can and refilled the toilet paper but they didn’t clean the floor (which got quite dusty by the end of our stay). Overall, they could pay a better attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas (corridors and stairways).

Smart clean and friendly, this hotel is close to the centre of town and was very comfortable.

​The location is very central, situated near different public transportation options, as well as a lot of restaurants and shopping stores. ​When we asked for an extra blanket, they provided one. ​The breakfast is decent and offers some variety.

Check-in and Room Issues: We were initially given a room where the door couldn't close, forcing us to wait an hour after check-in time for maintenance to fix it. We then realized it was not the actual room we booked and were given a smaller one. It took until 4:00 PM to finally get into our booked room, and they did not offer any apology or acknowledgement for this mistake. ​Lighting and Sleep Disturbances: At night, when all the lights were turned off, a spotlight flashed into our eyes every minute, which is extremely annoying for light sleepers. I informed staff twice, but no one fixed it. ​Housekeeping and Amenities: During our 8-day stay, housekeeping only cleaned when requested with the door tag. The first cleaning was fine, but the second time they only took out the trash, failed to replenish toilet paper, and left only one small water bottle instead of two. There were no toiletries at all, no hair dryer provided, and the bathroom plug outlet did not work (though the incorrect first room we were briefly given had a dryer). ​Breakfast Temperature and Stock: The hot items at breakfast were often cold and hard to eat, and sometimes certain items ran out entirely. ​Key Cards: The room key cards locked every three days without advance notice. ​Renovations: The hotel is undergoing renovations; some rooms are updated while others still need it, and guests should be prepared for renovation noises. Bed Comfort: I also felt an unsettling sensation like I was going to fall from the beds.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable
