Clean, modern, and quiet even the central location. My bed was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast has variety that I did not expect. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Nice hotel.

Loved the location it was close to all the amenities, harbour, restaurants & shopping area, reception staff were really helpful & pleasant, good size room, comfortable bed & quiet at night.

The room wasn’t very clean on arrival, I had some wet wipes & had to clean the bedside cabinets before we could use them, there had obviously been a spillage which had seeped into the drawers, we stayed 7 nights & only had one clean even though I specifically asked the housekeeper on one of the days for a room clean & bed change it didn’t happen. I had to ask at reception for some toilet rolls as we were running out. None of the room doors shut quietly, they slam whatever time of day or night. Some of the items showing on the website don’t exist for example… Tumble dryer, the dining table is a desk against the wall, soundproofing…. You can definitely hear the neighbours having a chat, minibar…was empty on arrival and stayed empty except for our outside purchases, Air conditioning didn’t cool the room it actually blew out hot air. Satellite tv should be stated as Turkish tv the only English Channel was BBC news which got very tedious.
