New Oscars hotel is in a great location and it is cheap. It is in the heart of the city center near restaurants, shopping and public transport. However, the restaurant where breakfast is served is very dirty, smelly and should be cleaned from top to bottom. I chose not to get my free continental breakfast because it was too unpleasant, dark and dirty. Some deep cleaning would help.
