The staff are friendly and helpful. The Hotel is close to the city centre.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Room service every day. Room was clean. Location is excellent and quiet. Modest breakfast included. AC works. Internet worked fine too.
If you didn’t pay in advance, they only take cash at the reception - not very convenient when you’re staying for a longer period. Only 1 towel per person but they give you more if you ask. Overall the bedroom and bathroom furnishings needs update because things are old and kinda broken. Although it was still functional.

The location was very good, near the Medina. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. The room size was good.
The breakfast was very poor. A lot of dishes (plates and cups) but hardly any food in them. When we arrived I noticed the floor in the room was not cleaned. There was dust and hair on the floor. There were just 2 towels provided for a family of 4 and also soap and shampoo was very limited.

I didnt have breakfast and didnt use the wifi. I just had a good night sleep and went to airport to catch my early flight.
