Fantastic hotel ,next to beautiful beach , huge swimming pool , pool bar , all facilities close by
Rooms are bit dated but that’s the only negative thing
Staff all over hotel amazing- pool , restaurant, beach etc -
We been to Sharm few times and this was by far best hotel

Pool was cold not heated when weather is cool, not comfortable
Food lots of varieties tasty dishes
No complains about food or cafeteria staff 👌
Front desk not flexible they do not address issues or provide alternatives
