I had a very good experience overall, especially considering the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Mr. Radah, who went above and beyond to resolve a misunderstanding with my booking and helped me get the room I wanted.
The food was excellent, both in quality and portion size. The hotel’s design is beautiful, and the green spaces are well-maintained and pleasant to look at. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable.
We did have an issue with mosquitoes, but Mr. Radah promptly provided mosquito repellent spray, which completely solved the problem.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for its value for money, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations.
