Faraana Heights Aqua Park - All inclusive

Very friendly and helpfull staff, breakfast could use an upgrade though but overall nice place for very reasonable prices

Good stay reasonable prices

We chose Faraana Heights as a result of leaving an horrific hotel that we initially booked through a holiday company and booked on the morning of our arrival. Initially they couldn't find our booking but told us not to worry & to wait in the bar, get ourselves a snack and come back in half an hour - that summed up the staff from minute one!! They couldn't do enough to make our stay joyous from start to finish and when they realised we were English, we were treated like royalty! The hotel was super clean and the selection of bars, swimming pools, snack bars were outstanding - including the beach bar ! The hotel is lively without being loud and has a lovely chilled feel to it. The beach was beautiful and was next to a nature reserve with horses ridden along the shore on a regular basis - and we even befriended a camel who was delighted to be fed an orange or two during our stay !! He did have an owner so wasn't wild! There are also two dogs on the beach who were very tame and we were encouraged to take meat from the restaurant to feed them! Unfortunately my wife was ill on our penultimate day and the doctor was outstanding - as were both the restaurant staff and the general manager - including receiving a text from the hotel when we got home to check she was better. Our only sadness was that we wasted 6 days in an awful hotel and didn't get longer at the Faraana !
