    Hemingway Hotel was a good stay not too far from many areas of interest. It is located on a side street but close to the tram and a few restaurants. Our room was spacious with a living room/kitchen. Things were clean and reasonably well appointed for this level of hotel. Cooling facilities and a big refrigerator/freezer available. The only major issue was our air conditioning was quite poor. Shower and bathroom were good and it had a comfortable bed.

    Very friendly. Great English so no problem if you don't know Romanian. It's like having your own apartment in a great location near Old Town. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable bed. Great value for price. Didn't try the breakfast but it's available. Book this place if you're thinking about it. I stayed one week and it was great.

    I was there just a couple of nights. The pictures were completely different from the room I got. It’s all pretty basic, which is okay, but if they don’t even give you a bottle of water without charge, then…. Well! And the breakfast could be loads better, with just a few tweaks. Worse, the lights in the corridor go off while you’re unlocking your door, and the elevator is shaky and scary. The best thing about the place is its staff, especially Gabriela who was sweet and welcoming. The location isn’t all that central, but still works.
