The hotel is clean, well equipped, and feels safe. Room size is reasonable and comfortable. Overall stay was fine, but one of the reception staff behaved a bit strangely, which slightly affected the experience.

Let there be provision for the Smart TV in the rooms as this will add more value to the facility.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Keep it up please 👍. Breakfast is good too, but may be add little more varieties for guests. Overall we had a pleasant experience. All the best 👍

Hotel is newly renovated. Close to shops.
I was to send images of receipts of additional payment, unfortunately this failed. Here is details:
For Mar 27, 28, 29, I paid Agoda ***, ***, ***, respectively in that sequence. At front desk, I paid additionally 2.12+200deposit, 2.07, 2.05, respectively in that sequence. That is, higher 2.07 for lower ***, certainly mistaken %! Front desk man, on 3/27/2026, said he called Agoda many times about this fee, the woman said the tax should have been 19%. I did alert them that in summer 2025, a few hotels in niagara canada had this practice of additional fees, which Agoda wanted to include all tax and fees.
Receipts are available upon request.
The mega business the size of Agoda, as always with most Chinese enterprises, does math top notch, unlike the American education standard: no calculator at hand, any number can pass.
