The hotel was ideally located a short walk from the main old town square with many great restaurants and bars close by. It was clean and well appointed although some places could do with a little updating. The staff were all very helpful and spoke really good English which was very helpful. You could include or have as an extra a really good breakfast which included a cooked food plate. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Many English people choose to stay at this hotel and they arranged excellent transport to and from the airport.

Great location, room was a bit tired but clean. We were never able to try the breakfast because all the trips had early collection before breakfast started at 7.00 am. Perhaps starting a bit earlier would facilitate tourists going out on organised trips. There was nowhere to have a coffee in the hotel so had to go out for that.
Fortunately only there for a couple of days so we managed.

Air conditioning in the middle of Europe’s heatwave that I had to turn down, it worked so well. The staff spoke English, which was helpful and they were very accommodating. The room was large, with a sitting area and a heated tile floor in the bathroom. My only complaint would be the slight smell of cigarette smoke emitting up from the basement casino.
