Great location and even though room small it had all what you need as base. Private toilet and shower, staff helpfull and clean sheet daily.

The room was cold enough to get sick. The heating is not working properly. We said that problem to the manager and he yelled at me! Never ever!

This hotel was very cute and just what we needed. No frills but clean and the location was perfect in Montmarte.

The hotel is in an excellent location—ideal for trips to Montmartre. However, it is by no means up to a 4-star standard; at best, it’s 2 stars. The safe had no batteries for years and was therefore unusable. On several days (out of 7), we had only one towel in the bathroom. One day, we returned from a walk to find the kettle warm, tea residues in the cups, and the windows wide open—including ones we had never opened ourselves. The room door cannot be locked from the inside; the lock is merely a latch. We also had two radiators that we used after the rain; one day, one of them disappeared. On the last day, we had trouble with the electricity because the fuses tripped several times in the evening. Breakfast for 12 euros is perfectly fine. The reception staff are friendly but apparently can’t do much. When we asked about storing valuables/the safe, we were told that “nothing has happened for many years.” My impression: you’re mainly paying for the location (Sacre-Cœur is about a 10-minute walk) and the balcony with a view.
