    room was spacious and comfortable. air-conditioning was locked at 20 degrees but actually fine during the hot summer month of August. furnishings are a little old, there was a 50cm/50cm patch on the floor carpet beside the bed that was badly worn down and never replaced. the bed is extremely creaky and would wake the person beside you if you move. breakfast was traditional English.. good quality food, although no requests taken for cooking your eggs how you would like. the gym was small with a couple of treadmills etc. a set of small dumbbells up to only 20kg so not good if you need to lift heavier. all in all, it's a basic 3 star hotel. a little highly priced really but it is London so fair.

    I stayed here for almost a week, and the overall experience was very disappointing, especially considering how expensive it was. The quality simply does not match the price. The breakfast was mediocre and almost exactly the same every day, which is unacceptable for a longer stay. Maintenance and service were also poor. The floor I stayed on had an ice machine, but it was out of order. When I called the staff, I was simply told that they do not maintain the ice machine and that I should go to another floor. There was no apology, no attempt to help, and no sense of responsibility. The worst part of my stay was how the hotel handled a payment issue with Agoda. One day, I was asked to come down to the ground floor to explain why my payment had supposedly been cancelled, even though I had not cancelled anything. Instead of contacting Agoda themselves, the staff pressured me to deal with Agoda directly. After a long wait, Agoda confirmed that they would handle the matter and told me the hotel should have contacted them first instead of bothering me during my stay. Overall, this hotel offers little beyond a convenient location. It is overpriced, the service was careless, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the overall experience fell far below what I would expect from a hotel associated with the Hilton name. It felt less like a Hilton-standard property and more like a hotel using the Hilton brand name for marketing.

    Our room was tucked away at the first floor only accessible via crossing 2 halls and facilities were over used. There were no slippers, wet floor mats. I need an extra body towel and informed the receptionist a short while after checkin but I had to call them again after a long while. Overall I’d suggest this establishment for its wide rooms and fine breakfast.
