Antigua Casona San Blas

I am absolutely obsessed with this hotel. I genuinely wish all hotels were like this! It honestly feels like a dream being here, and we are already so sad to leave. The rooms are incredibly cute, cozy, warm, and comfortable. They even put a hot water bottle in your bed every night, which is such a lovely touch. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, the food is amazing, and the staff are truly incredible. We’re here on an engagement trip, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special. After struggling to sleep at other hotels during our trip, they kindly gave us a room in a quieter area, which meant so much to us. On our last night, we came back to wine and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us — such a thoughtful surprise! Our room was also very quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. You can hear the occasional person in the hallway, but that’s completely normal. Honestly, I just wish I had booked more nights. We don’t want to leave! Thank you to the entire team for making our engagement trip so special. We absolutely loved our stay. ❤️

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but this one truly takes the cake! My stay here exceeded every expectation. Everything was absolutely magical from the moment I arrived. From the unexpected room upgrade to the thoughtful candle they added to my room service cake after I mentioned it was my 50th birthday, every little detail made me feel special. Everyone I spoke to seemed to know my name and room number, and I was truly treated like royalty throughout my entire stay. The level of service and attention to detail was incredible. This is one of those places that makes you feel genuinely cared for, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel right now!

What a find in the heart of Cusco. We stayed here for 3 nights and from the moment we arrived, the staff was so polite and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel itself has large comfortable rooms. The common areas are cosy with different lounges across floors. Water, tea and coffee always available for self serve and the breakfast was delicious. We also ended up having dinner at the restaurant two night out of three. We also used the Spa and would highly recommend it. Rosie and Sara had magical hands. We were so sore after the Machu Pichu climb and could really use a couple of hours of relaxation. Nothing to fault - would definitely be back!
