My husband and I stayed here 3 nights while touring Cusco and making a day trip to Laguna Humantay. The rooms were very well appointed, and the staff has thought of everything - towel warmers, thick robes, hot water bottles in bed (excellent after a day of hiking!). Breakfast is also exceptional. Book it!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, they also provide warm water bags on bed, my friend and i both slept well.
Staffs were attentive. My friend tried the yoga class provided by hotel and she loved it.
The hotel was very aesthetic, even have small exhibitions to see inside.
Restaurant and breakfast food were good. Location was convenient, just 2 minutes walk from Plaza San Blas and with 10-15 mins walk to main streets. There is also a textile shop selling alpaca products and provide workshops. However, the hotel is located in a very narrow street so walking back doesn't feel safe with a lot of cars passing.
Bathroom was spacious, water pressure was very good but the drainage was not good.

What a lovely little hidden gem. Staff made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel, so attentive and warm from the moment we arrived. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay special.
Loved the spa, the room, the on-site restaurant and breakfast. The room was beautifully decorated with so much character, and they even gave us hot water bottles for the chilly Cusco evenings, which was such a thoughtful touch. We slept like babies.
Breakfast was a real treat: fresh fruit, complimentary a la carte orders, and great coffee served in the gorgeous courtyard. The on-site restaurant was equally impressive, so we ended up eating in instead of going out.
The location in San Blas is perfect for exploring on foot, tucked away on a quiet street but just minutes from the main plaza. We loved wandering back to this peaceful little retreat after a long day of sightseeing.
If you’re visiting Cusco as a couple, do yourselves a favour and book this place. We’re already talking about coming back.
