    Fabulous literally next to the bus station if you traveling to Luton airport or from the airport. 5 star hotel the bar is spotless clean and every draft beer have own glass :) they have also shampoo and shove gel no sulfates no payment no animal testing. The room was small for me but otherwise I had amazing night sleep as the walls are soundproof. Everything is smell new fresh from bed to shower What I don’t like they ask deposit £50 .

    Room was good,and the staff were polite and curious other than than rather disappointing. The TV had limited channels. This day and age should have at least all free to air channels. Also I had evening meal had a steak which was cooked perfectly but unfortunately I considered it only half a meal as arrived with instant mash and no vegetables or side salad. Apparently vegetables were considered as an extra and for £23. Was definitely not value for money. For these reasons I could not recommend. Perhaps management will take this comment on board. Especially concerning the meal

    Good hotel in a central location with nice rooms but I asked for a quiet room however was surrounded by noisy families who had no consideration for other people. They did offer to change my room but this didn't work out due to timings. May I suggest a family only floor away from other single/adult (no kids) occupants to avoid the noise issue. Breakfast was okay but not the standard/variety I'd expect from a Hilton hotel

    The hotel was chosen for its proximity to the airport, train station and city centre. Although none of them seemed to be achieved safely, it felt like you took your life into your own hands around the area. The hotel staff may as well have been replaced with machines as they didn’t say much on check in or check out. The breakfast looked terrible - we didn’t eat there once even though we paid for it (think three day old baked beans). And we’re not fussy, Travelodge, premier inn, holiday inn express users, but this one really was below par
