    My first experience staying here was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the room. The room was not properly cleaned, including the bed area, toilet, and balcony. The toilet was particularly unhygienic, with visible stains and dirt on both the sink and toilet bowl, making it uncomfortable to use. The bed also had stains and an unpleasant smell, which affected my comfort throughout the stay. In addition, the staff did not appear friendly or welcoming, which further impacted the overall experience. I strongly recommend that management carry out a thorough deep cleaning of the rooms and refurbish the outdoor areas. Better housekeeping standards and improved customer service would greatly enhance the guest experience.
