    I arrived here at night around 1am and they were telling me I didn’t have a reservation from Agoda. I was shocked. After about an hour of the guy at the front desk searching around and not knowing I had to call customer service to ask them to figure it out. It took about an hour or so to sort things out and he still charged me an extra 20 dollars for a slightly upgraded room because he said he was not aware of my reservation like that was it was my fault. Nonetheless, I did not want to argue and paid the darn 20 and got the room. After that everything went smoothly and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms itself are basic nothing too special. There is no hot water for the showers and the sheets are not that good looking. The room had no windows. But I guess for the money it’s decent. The location is in the right spot although the surrounding area is kind of shady to walk around alone at night. It was relatively safe for me because I’m a male. If you do walk a little bit it’s near all the tourist attractions downtown so I do recommend this if you’re looking to be near all the city sights.

    I was greeted at the reception and directed to my room which was clean and comfortable however I saw a 🪳 in the room 😅. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean also. The breakfast was not I was expecting with limited items. I also ordered veggies pizza for dinner which I didn't like and threw it out. I asked from evening receptionist to call me a taxi for tomorrow morning at 6:00 AM, but no taxi was called in the morning. When I asked in person from the receptionist, he said this is not my responsibility! In conclusion: it's a clean and comfortable room in a convenient place but the food and staff can improved.
