    So bad I left 4 days early. They hate farangs. They violated my privacy and moved all my stuff to a different room while I was gone. They put me in a corner room twice, even though it has no wifi. God forbid you ask for a room with wifi that actually works. The sink spat brown sewage water at me. The entire staff was so nasty and rude to me. The Mgr lady told me I'd have to move 2 times during my week stay because she wanted to give my room to other customers even though it was the exact room type I had already paid for. They are creepy and unprofessional. They snooped and tried to look into my food delivery bags several times. Toxic petty people. Stay away.

    I had stayed in the fifth floor previously and not all rooms are the same, especially the toilet which are automated at the fifth floor onwards. As I understand I book this hotel thinking that all the toilets are the same and that’s the reason why I came here it’s clean and very Japanese zen feel. There are lots of mosquito on the ground floor. Make sure you wear long pants and it seems not to go away even after two months returning back here. There was power outage on a 27th of May where I stayed for an hour or two, without any warning I had to go somewhere to chill for awhile and charge my phone as there is no electricity other than that is a nice decent place to live in.
