    我們三人預訂了4晚的房間, 房內大而整潔，有一張雙人床及外加一張單人床，落地窗可以望到隔離動物園內的動物，包括獅子。房屋內暖氣充足，設備足夠應付生活所需。唯一的不足是房內光線稍有不足，可擺多盞燈改善採光。 我們還加購了早餐，在樓頂的餐廳用膳，早餐種類頗豐，餐廳可以360度望到柏林市中心，推介。 酒店距離機場約40分鐘uber車程，樓下喺商業區，飲食購物都好方便。門口有巴士站，步行10分鐘內有地鐵站。治安不錯。

    Staff is very friendly and customer orientated. Location is perfect. But our room was due to damages not available and we had to be relocated to another room. Also, next evening was their 11th birthday party. We don’t mind to have a celebration at all but the bass from the 9th floor went all the way down to our room on the 6th floor. We couldn’t sleep and get a proper rest. Staff was understanding and gave us free vouchers for breakfast. Very nice but would have preferred a seamless stay.

    Love the thoughtful and detailed design of the hotel. 🫶🏻 Nice uninterrupted view to the zoo 🫶🏻 Comfortable bed and pillows 🫶🏻 Well-decorated room that feels homey 🫶🏻 The dark decor gives a serene feeling of the bathroom area with rain shower 🫶🏻 Cool top bar 🫶🏻 Butt-to-butt with Bikini Berlin mall which you can shop and eat easily 🫶🏻 In general close proximity to the city shopping areas. Love it! Worth to come back for!
