Fantastic staff, we loved it all except the size of the bathroom and the internet service. The bathroom had barely room for your knees and the shower barely fit my husband who is 230 lbs. Seriously, there was hardly room to turn around in it. And, then there is T-mobile which didn’t help trying when the wifi was useless. When we left we heard someone else telling the manager about the internet. I could hear the manager say that she took it seriously. It may have been that a router needed to be reset.
The Brauhaus was hopping on Saturday night and we returned on Sunday night for dinner as well.
We had a fun time!

We loved our stay at Crystal Brook…it is like The Land That Time Forgot! If you’re looking for comfort, delicious food and friendly owners and staff, you’ll love it!

This was a very beautiful property with a waterfall on the property and more waterfalls nearby. The room was really clean, with new carpet and wallpaper. Has a German theme, which is kind of cool. The German food at the Brauhaus Was good. The entertainment was fun and the owner Wendy was very hospitable. We are definitely going back next year to see the colorful leaves again. My wife loved it!
