Extraordinary stay at a beautiful place, one of the most wonderful I have veer experienced. Staff is warm but professional. The room was so beautiful. We had one with a patio overlooking the rotating bridge (and got the chance to see it!).The onsen(we only tried for women) was beautiful and had everything you need. Food was absolutely delicious. Truly a special place, I am blessed to have had 2 days stay here.

Friendly service, and they were able to accommodate separate vegetarian breakfast and non-beef dinner requests. The onsen was wonderful, and the view of the bridge was absolutely beautiful.
