The property was busy but it was still quiet
breakfast was /is really average though, but efficient
good value but pay parking a definite knock for sure
All in pricing is more honest.

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was excellent and the facilities,staff and environment were great.
The only negative for me was the paid parking of $15 per night. If I knew about this charge I wouldn't have booked this hotel.
Given how expensive this hotel is, adding a separate parking charge is not fair on customers. The hotel location is not close to transit, so I see no reason why that parking is in place. It is not in a location where people who are not staying in the hotel can just park and then leave to take transit, so this is simply a cash grab.
I did my research while in Lynnwood and other hotels of equal quality don't charge for parking and even if they do it is for a lesser amount for guests.
I will still give a 5 star because there is no option for 4.5 but I WONT STAY HERE AGAIN for as long as that parking is in place. I know I am just one customer and may not be anything to the hotel, but it will be great people know about this before booking this hotel. For anyone with a car staying up to 5 to 7 nights, 15 bucks per night adds up.
My family and I enjoyed our stay anyway.
