    Extremely disappointing experience. I stayed here with my family, expecting a clean and comfortable room, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. By 8:00 PM, our room was still in an unacceptable condition. The bathroom had visible dirt, hair on the floor, dusty toilet paper holders, and dirty corners that clearly had not been cleaned. It felt like basic housekeeping had been ignored. What made this even more frustrating was that I had to spend part of my vacation repeatedly asking for the room to be cleaned instead of enjoying my time with my family. Cleanliness is the absolute minimum guests should expect from any hotel. I took photos to document the condition because I couldn’t believe this was considered a “clean” room. If you’re traveling with children or care about hygiene, I would think twice before booking here. I sincerely hope management improves its housekeeping standards, because this experience did not match the expectations of a hotel charging guests for a comfortable stay

    3 of the ice machines didn’t work and the elevators were malfunctioning on the second day. Rooms fine tho, only got 2 towels tho. But for the cost and you get your own balcony by the beach I can’t really complain. Especially for the location.

    I stayed 2 years ago I had a great time, but IDK what happened to it. First mold on ceiling, check the picture, bathtub dirty, you could get the magic eraser as an investment, the mold caused my granddaughter to cough all night Friday, they replaced the tile finally 12 hours after reporting it. I was on the 7th floor and its smelled like a pot house!!!! I reported it, nothing done of course!! If you plan using the pool good luck!!! I was so excited because I don't like sea water, well the pool is extremely cold!!! Couldn't use it!! I even bought a new bathing suit!! Those little kids lips were blue and they were shivering!! A complete disaster weekend!!
