Great location, value for the price and beautiful clean hotel. One of the nicer rooms in this area. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. Only one suggestion would be to add more hooks in the bathroom. Oh, and Fridges have no freezer but are very cold

The hotel was the perfect stay for us...very clean and comfortable oceanfront room at a location that made it very easy to walk to great restaurants for dinner. We had a great time and would gladly come back.

This place was recommended as a pet friendly hotel. I found that it was that and so much more. From the time I pulled up to my checkout., my experience was great. Id stay here again based on the customer service alone.

This is my 4th year spending time at the Virginia beach boardwalk in September. I choose different hotels each time & this was a very poor choice. It was also the priciest stay. I spoke with a female member of the staff several weeks before my stay to see if I could push the arrival day by one day from 9/15 to 9/16,but that was not able to be done. I stated I was fine paying for the initial day even if we could not make it there by then. When we arrived on the morning of 9/16, I was informed my reservation had been canceled. Mind you, it had already been paid for & I reassured then previously I would have no issues paying for 9/15 even if we couldn't make it due to work constraints. They reinstated my reservation but we had to wait until 4 pm to check in since they gave the room to another party. So they were paid twice for one room. Also, the pictures I included shows the dust we discovered when trying to shoo a bug out of the room. Speaking of cleanliness, my sister discovered a chewed, dried up piece of gum stuck to the blanket on her bed up by her head. They only clean the rooms every 5th day if you have an extended day. The pool was dirty, there was dog urine in the elevator & one of the elevators sounded like it was going to fall every time it was used. This is not a place I would choose again.
