We recently stayed at Le 10 Bis Hotel during our trip to Paris, and overall we had a great experience. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay, and we couldn't fault the cleanliness of the hotel. The location is also ideal, with easy access to many of Paris's attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of the team we dealt with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Although we experienced an issue during our stay relating to renovation works that had not been communicated before our arrival, the hotel took our concerns seriously. Pauline, in particular, handled our complaint exceptionally well. She kept us informed throughout, responded promptly to our emails, and worked hard to reach a fair resolution. Her customer service was outstanding and turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. No hotel is perfect, and sometimes things don't go to plan. What matters is how those situations are handled, and Le 10 Bis Hotel demonstrated that they genuinely care about their guests and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Thank you to Pauline and the entire team for looking after us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Le 10 Bis Hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and we would happily stay here again.
