    We went to the hotel with low expectations because of the pricing and location. That might be the reason we were pleasantly surprised to stand corrected. The first thing is that the owner at reception upgraded our room for free. Since we were in Mumbai, we asked them for good Vada Pav places nearby, and they literally bought and delivered two, which tasted great. Bottled drinking water was provided unlimited, I should say—no questions asked. The AC was working so well that we only had to use timers to switch it off and on to avoid freezing, and they provided an extra blanket so that my wife could stay comfy! The bathroom was a bit small but kept clean and functional; hot water was limited but fine for us. We stayed for four nights and faced zero trouble. The hotel is in the suburban railway station building itself, but our room was very quiet and undisturbed by the outside noise that can actually stress you out if you are not from a busy place. It was a lucky find, and we are very pleased with our decision to book with them.

    Shady hotel on top of a railway station. You won't find the hotel or the way in from outside the station, staff will have to pick you up and lead you through empty, narrow dimly lit corridors to get there. The rooms are extremely tiny, with stains and footprints on the walls. The sheets were sticky with questionable stains and marks on them. I was mislead by the good reviews on Agoda! I had to check out immediately without a refund! They didn't give me a key to the room and an hour after I left, they called me demanding their key back!
