I booked a room at Hotel Helvetia online through Agoda, paid for the room by card, and the money was charged. I also received a booking confirmation and my ID number. When we arrived late at the hotel—as I had clearly written in the special request that we would be arriving late—I was surprised to find that Hotel Helvetia was not operating at all and was completely closed. By chance, in the dark, I approached the hotel and saw a sign saying that reservations had been moved to another hotel, which of course no one had informed me about. In the end, we had to move to another hotel and got a room there, but that was not the hotel I had booked. Very unprofessional behavior, and that is why I am giving the lowest rating!
