    First, this resort is for families with SMALL children. Do not book here if you are adults or adults with older children. The customer service is awful and the superior level rooms and amenities are subpar. There's a rooftop area for superior guests, but there are no towels and the bar is never open. I would not book this expecting a high quality experience. The front desk customer service was horrible - they did not have my reservation when I initially checked in, they misquoted taxi ride pricing making me go through extra trouble in arranging transportation, and they are not very attentive to guests. It was over 30 minutes to check in and check out. Also, Agoda did not honor the price matching they brag about on their website. I submitted two prices matches via the chat system and one via email and none of them were honored. I specifically picked Agoda because it offered me a "special request" section during my reservation, but that didn't matter because they didn't even submit my reservation to the hotel, so I basically got whatever was left when I checked in, instead of my special requests. And when I called customer service to complain, they said they can't help me because "the hotel requests are subject to availability." Well, when you don't have the reservation on file (with the reqeusts) of course, you'll get what is left when you arrive. And I picked them because of the price matching tool, but they make it so difficult to submit, it's like they want you to give up so they don't have to honor the price match. The only good thing was the location of the hotel - the beach was nice - but just know you are not close to anything and the food at the resort is mainly buffet style. We checked out two days early because the service was not good, we didn't get what we asked for, and it was so far from everything - Cadiz, Rota, etc. I would only stay here if you have very small children and are just staying at the beach resort, don't mind buffets, don't care about customer service, and you are not wanting to travel around the area. All in all, horrible service at the hotel AND with Agoda. I will never use them again because they make false promises with their advertising and customer care.
