    First impressions when checking in staff were very nice and welcoming. Hotel in nice location in centre of Bangkok. Room was as advertised and very well organised. Excellent amenities in hotel. Restaurant good food with good selection. Excellent buffet breakfast in morning with large selection

    Everything went so smooth. Staff are welcoming and supportive. The apartment is big, tidy and clean. Highly recommended for families.

    We booked in low season at reasonable rates. High season would be out of our price range. We booked a one bedroom suite, but was upgraded to a two bedroom suite, nice apartment with good ammenities, large fridge, microwave, and cook top with some kitchen utensils and crockery. This hotel is mainly directed at families, so their are plenty of kids running around. Our room was quiet with little noise, nice view of the city. Has a balcony which you cannot access. The pool and gym are small, no laps of the pool here. Most days while we were here it was packed with kids. BREAKFAST, firstly, the majority of food was good and a good variety, however, after a day or two I realised that the hotel was pro Muslim, this was evident as there was no Pork dishes on any day. They had fake chicken bacon and halal dishes, even the sausages were chicken. I asked for real bacon and waited for the staff to cook some real bacon, however, I got the same, chicken bacon, it was terrible. This is the first hotel in Thailand that I have found that bend the knee to Muslims. Funny, as the small bar and bistro in the foyer offered pork dishes. Good 24hr shop in the hotel with food dishes. No shopping or restaruants nearby, taxi only. Would I stay here again, YES, if they drop the pro muslim attitude.
