    We stayed at the Townhouse for our daughter’s 3rd birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel team. The lobby on the 32nd floor is absolutely stunning, and the check-in experience was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and especially kind to our daughter. When we arrived at our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it had been beautifully decorated for her birthday. There was also a lovely birthday cake with a special “Happy 3rd Birthday” message for our little girl. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly meant so much to us and made her birthday even more special and memorable. A very special thank you to our room attendant, TIGER, for preparing everything so thoughtfully. We really appreciated the effort and kindness. We would also like to give a special thank you to HYE, one of the staff members at the swimming pool on the 33rd floor. HYE was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming to our daughter, even offering to take photos for us and explaining the facilities and surroundings around the pool area on the 34th floor. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with the service and hospitality. The little details, warm smiles, and genuine kindness from the staff made our daughter’s 3rd birthday even more memorable. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so special. We truly appreciate it and hope to come back again!

    Hotel is very close to on nut BTS station, just 3 mins walk. It located a quite area not in city center, so when u call grab or bolt to get in or out the hotel, can advoid the traffic jam. Besides, room is clean, staff is helpful The infinity pool is nice and chill, hope next time we can enjoy more under the sunny day

    located not in town centre, but very closed to BTS. Lotus is very close too. All staff are very helpful, and breakfast is good. Room may a bit small but you get everything needed.
