    Location near to golden gai and walking distance to train or shopping area. Room is not so big. Laundry area provided . Decent place with eng speaking reception

    The room was super small. Don’t get the Japanese king room. It’s super small nothing fit in that room not even 2 carryon. And staff communication was horrible. The second day we spoke with the staff and they confirmed that we can change our room to a big one on second day, when we came back to hotel in the night they said all rooms are sold out and I assume they gave the room was supposed to be ours to another guest. We finally changed our room on our last day but what a headache and bad experience. Room in a great location though.
