    I chose the Godzilla floor for the experience with my family. But for the price, regular rooms would have suffice. All we got extra was Godzilla items - drip tea packaging, 2 postcards (these 2 items you can keep), a cushion, throw and tissue box in the room. You get Godzilla print on the outer lift doors on the 30/F, and a dozen or so picture frame on one side of the corridor wall. I was hoping for something a bit more spectacular, so for these few things the price was a bit steep. I should have saved my money and went for a regular room, and used the money for shopping and to eat the amazing food available in Japan. You have 4 room options for the room each day - clean room, change towels only, do not disturb and no clean up. There are umbrellas already in the room for rainy days so you don’t need to ask at front desk. The rooms are decent size, enough to move around and lay your suitcases open if needed. The location was great as it’s bang in the middle of Shinjuku and only about 5 minutes to the main station. I had planned several day trips out of Tokyo and Shinjuku was the main departure station. which made it very easy. There are several entrances to get to the hotel from the ground floor, there are plenty of restaurants on this floor and 7-11 right next door to one of the main entrances. Shinjuku is a shopping haven, there is definitely something for everyone - fashion, electronics, eyewear, household goods, snacks, j-beauty, anime figures, 100yen store (Watts) and a supermarket below this shop which then leads to the underground shopping mall / metro station. I would stay again, but in regular rooms.

    I arrived with multiple luggage and they do not have concierge to help get someone to bring in your luggage. You have to bring down a cart in order to bring up your luggage. Plus you have to take all your luggage to your room and upon check out to go down and bring a cart to do the same. Doesn’t matter if you’re handicapped or disabled they don’t care. You have to deal with tour luggage yourself. This is only a gimmick hotel for Godzilla and nothing more. If you are a traveler with a carry on only then this place is perfect. Those that require multiple luggage best to stay away.
