    The hotel is in a good location as if you have business trip in Amata Nakorn, but the staff not seems to be very helpful much.

    I stayed at Hotel Nikko Amata City Chonburi for one night and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, and during my stay it wasn’t particularly busy. The staff was consistently professional, polite, and helpful while also being fairly reserved, which suited the atmosphere of the hotel. The property has a noticeable Japanese influence in its design, service style, and even some of the food offered at the breakfast buffet. It gives the hotel a different feel from many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Thailand. My room was excellent. It wasn’t exceptionally large or small, but it was extremely functional, comfortable, clean, and well designed. Everything seemed to have a purpose and was exactly where you needed it. What impressed me most actually happened after checkout. The staff asked if I had everything, and I confidently told them I had double-checked the room. Apparently, I didn’t do as good a job as I thought! My white phone charger was lying on the white bedding, and I completely missed it. Shortly after I left, the hotel called to tell me they had found it. They were kind enough to arrange to mail it back to me after I transferred the postage cost. I really appreciated the honesty, follow-up, and extra effort from the staff. Overall, this may be considered more of a four-star hotel in terms of category and amenities, but my actual experience deserves five stars. The room was clean and functional, the hotel was peaceful, and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it if you need a hotel in the Chonburi/Amata City area.
