The hotel and staff were excellent. The location away from the crowds but still close to get to for activities. Plenty of seating areas to enjoy the hotel and take views in. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Exactly what we needed after our busy Istanbul trip.

This hotel is wonderful ! Room is super big , comfortable, and clean. Very beautiful and unique decoration.The pool is clean and have a great view. We had dinner in a restaurant a few times and the food was excellent, great choice of different cuisine and great preparation. The breakfast was good too. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Cappadocia. And I am definitely coming back. The location of the place is great, a little on a side from the town so be ready take taxi everywhere you go. Best thing - rent a car. Average price to Goreme is 13-15$ . Taxi for 2-3 hours to take you around the main valleys is 100$ .

Stayed in Kayakapi Premium Caves with my family. An incredible experience living in a Unesco old cave, restored and well maintained. The staff is amazing, the view at the terrasse astonishing and the area around wonderful. The restaurants offer world class dining experience with local touch. The spa is also great! Everything was quite perfect!

Super clean!!!Gorgeous views ( see pics), kind and friendly staff, delicious food! The staff went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs! My sisters and I had an amazing and relaxing time!!! We could not go on the hot air balloon tour due to weather conditions so we opted for the ATV tour. We will be back for the balloon tour! I definitely recommend and can’t wait to tell friends and family about this lovely stay.

The hotel is amazing!!, located and "carved" on top of a mountain, with an incredible view. To be fair, we received an upgrade after our second night and the new room was impressive from every angle. The manager was very helpful and attentive as was the rest of the staff.

This is a very large property built into a hillside that requires a lot of walking. You cannot walk to town. Transportation is available however. Breakfast is good but other meals are expensive, especially alcohol.

Great cave hotel. Must stay in Cappadocia… only thing is that they need to have electronic keys instead of old style physical keys and they kept calling us multiple times after we checked out for key. However, this issue aside, amazing and beautiful atay
